The Case of The Missing Email

Before we get to the gift guide, I have a little cartoon for you. It tells a sad story.
For the past several months, I’ve been complaining to my website manager: I’m not getting my email from my coaching email address. They checked and said it was working just fine. But it wasn’t. Or, the forwarding aspect wasn’t. The mail was supposed to be forwarded from an email server to my gmail inbox. But it just sat there–on a server I did not know existed.
Just before Thanksgiving, we finally cleared up the communication misunderstanding, and I found more than 6000 emails sitting on a server I didn’t know existed. Most were junk. But a few were dear and important emails from you that I missed. I am so sorry.
First, thank you for your kind emails about the tips. I appreciate every single one of them (And you!)
Second, thank you for your interest in my coaching classes and programs. I am sorry that many of those letters of interest went unanswered. I did not know about your interest until last week. (Oi vey.)
Everything has been fixed now, I think. So from now on, you should get a prompt and enthusiastic response from me.
I am still trying to figure out the lesson in this. And trying not to beat up on myself for my techno-ignorance.
